Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with idiopathic pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary hypertension associated with congenital heart disease, and connective tissue associated pulmonary hypertension (pulmonary hypertension diagnosis: mPAP>25mmHg, PCWP<15mmHg).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with left ventricular dysfunction, arrhythmia, right ventricular outflow tract obstruction, and the presence of shunt.
