Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I~III, 18~75 years old, scheduled for elective thoracic surgery under general anesthesia with double lumen tube.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: COPD, pneumothorax, pleural adhesion and early take-off of the right upper lobe bronchus
