Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Without the history of seizures; 2. The subjects and their guardians could adhere to the instructions and keep all specified appointments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Friends or relatives of researchers; 2. Take part in other clinical trials within 30 days prior to this study; 3. Currently pregnant; 4. Plans to move within next 5 months outside the region.
