Age
16 Years to 69 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with end stage of renal disease, estimate glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 12ml/min (through the CKD-EPI formula, eGFR < 15ml/min in DKD); 2. Age 14-75 years, no gender restriction; 3. Choose peritoneal dialysis as the maintenance hemodialysis treatment mode; 4. Without surgical operation contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient did not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. History of abdominal operation; 3. History of hernia or hydrocele; 4. History of maintenance hemodialysis for more than 3 months and tend to switch to peritoneal dialysis treatment; 5. Severe heart disease or lung disease, liver dysfunction (ALT>80U/L, AST>80U/L).
