Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age from 18 to 65 years old; 2. Female or male; 3. able to understand and answer questions; 4. Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. admission hormone drugs (corticosteroids, thyroid hormone, etc.); 2. During menstruation; 3. complication with hematopoietic dysfunction; 4. with severe heart failure, liver and kidney disease, chronic disease (like infection, cancer, etc); 5. lacking vitamin B12 or folic acid; 6. under antibiotics theraphy in recent 30 days; 7. history of tongue disease; 8. having hospitalization by reason of hypoglycemia (less than 3.9mmol/L); 9. dietary bias.
