Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: These who meet the following three points will be included in the study: 1. Women who aged 20-50 years accept in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer treatment in assisted reproduction department of Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital during may to October in 2015; 2. Subjects udergoing conventional IVF or ICSI treatment using the mild ovarian stimulation protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of ovarian surgery or using of immunomodulators, cytokines and cytotoxic drugs in the three months before the treatment; Patients with a diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome or another type of ovulatory infertility, hyperprolactinemia, endometriosis cysts, any kind of functional or organic ovarian cysts, uterine myoma or intrauterine adhesionswere excluded from this study; Repeated failure of artificial insemination, unexplained infertility or immune infertility patients; Rescue intracytoplasmic sperm injection; A history of serious organic disease.
