20 Years to 48 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: These who meet the following three points will be included in the study: 1. Women who aged 20-48 years accept in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer treatment in assisted reproduction department of Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital during may to October in 2015; 2. Subjects will be in line with the 2003 Rotterdam criteria for the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome; 3. Undergoing conventional IVF or ICSI treatment using the GnRH agonist short protocol, GnRH antagonist protocol and luteal phase ovarian stimulation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A history of ovarian surgery or using of immunomodulators, cytokines and cytotoxic drugs in the three months before the treatment;Patients with a diagnosis of a primary diagnosis of another type of ovulatory infertility, hyperprolactinemia, endometriosis cysts, any kind of functional or organic ovarian cysts, uterine myoma or intrauterine adhesionswere excluded from this study; Repeated failure of artificial insemination, unexplained infertility or immune infertility patients; Rescue intracytoplasmic sperm injection; A history of serious organic disease.
