Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients must go through painless bronchoscopy or local anesthesia bronchoscopy provided by the Department of Thoracic Surgery in Beijing Friendship Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the patients in unconsciousness and having no ability to communicate; (2) the patients with bleeding tendency; (3) the patients with hypoxemia; (4) the patients having serious arrhythmias or high blood pressure out of control; (5) the patients with open tuberculosis and without accepting clinical treatment.
