18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Definitely pathological diagnosis of NSCLC patients, pathological adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma, large cell carcinoma or undifferentiated type; 2. EGFR gene detection are mutant, and taking EGFR-TKI drugs; 3. IIIB or VI stage; 4. with evaluating lesions; 5. aged 18-70 years; 6. the centerless, cerebral vascular, liver, kidney and blood system severe primary diseases; 7. get informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pathological diagnosis of the patients is not clear; 2. the patients who did not accord with the standard or clinical data were not complete; 3. patients with a history of malignancy or multiple primary tumors.
