Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects must be officially registered students in college. (There are lots of same risk triggers with other diseases according to the basic theory of shanghuo. College students, fewer basic diseases than other population, are more suitable for this study which is easier to control confounding factors. We will use convenience sampling methods to include college students.); 2. Aged 18-25; 3. Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A variety of diseases have obvious effects on organism; 2. deaf-mute; 3. Patients withdraw of their own accord for any reason.
