18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 85 years old, gender not limited; 2. COPD was defined according to recent guidelines (GOLD); athma was defined accordng to recent guidelines(GINA); 3. Residents of Shanghai or Residents from outside of Shanghai but living in Shanghai more than 1 years and no plan to stay in other city recently; 4. All volunteers signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. exclude other disease such as high blood pressure, diabitis, tumor et al; 2. with history of smoking or quit for at least 2 years; 3. with plan to decoration in home or work place recently; 4. with history of contacting cats and dogs as pets
