Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: this survey would be interviewed four Shanghai hospitals of ICU nurse managers and senior ICU nurses. managers were required in nursing management for more than five years, and assume administrative positions in the nursing department; senior ICU nurse were required more than five years of clinical work experence, and in the clinical front line; voluntarily participate in the study. Cluster sampling, the four top three hospitals in Shanghai of ICU nurses as a sample. Inclusion criteria: first-line care in ICU, contact the nurse to nurse handover , and volunteered to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: being in marriage, maternity, and other reasons not post nurse, or mental illness, mental disorder nurse.
