Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first diagnosis met the diagnostic criteria of Autoimmune Hepatitis; 2. The patients' main symptoms were obvious, and ALT of less than 2 times the upper limit of normal or AST of more than 2 times the upper limit of normal or GGT more than 2 times the upper limit of norma, and the result of liver biopsy does not show bridging necrosis and lobular necrosis; 3. No history of using Hormone or Immunosuppressive agents; 4. aged 18 to 65 years old; 5. All patients gave written informed consent for treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Overlap syndrome patients; 2. Patients with contraindications of Hormone or Immunosuppressive agents; 3. Patients with decompensated liver function.
