Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who suffered knee osteoathritis and needed receive total knee arthroplasty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who suffered disease of digestive tract, such as peptic ulcer, gastritis, gastrointestinal tumors and so on; 2. moderate anemia; 3. coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction; 4. combine with rheumatoid; 5. infection disease: pulmonary infection,urinary system infection; 6. hypertension disease, diabetes mellitus.
