Age
18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65; 2. TBSA 51-100%; 3. There are seven sampling points at least; 4. There is a major event at least (MOF, sepsis shock,dead,cure).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who has other substantial comorbidity at admission: eg. severe heart, liver, kidney or hematopoietic system diseases; 2. Patient who has severe asthma and chronic respiratory diseases; 3. Patient who has severe gastrointestinal bleeding, chronic gastrointestinal diseases, or used to line the gastrointestinal tract surgery; 4. Patient who has been treated with corticosteroids or immunosuppressants due to other diseases; 5. malignant tumor; 6. Metabolic and endocrine disease history like diabetes, hyperthyroidism; 7. Pregnancy or lactation patient; 8. Patient who has mental diseases; 9. Patient who was admitted to hospital within 72 hours after injury or expected survival time is less than 72 hours.
