18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease undergoing operation, simple CABG patients; 2. age 60-70 years old; both gender; 3. no preoperative "AF" history; 4. without a history of thoracic operation; 5. signed the informed consent, and agreed to the peri operation period of atrial tissue and blood collection intraoperative collection of patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. combined with valvular lesions, need operation treatment of the patients; 2. with severe cerebral vascular disease, malignant tumor operation contraindication in patients; 3. the patient can not not cooperate to achieve laboratory examination and blood specimen collection; 4. are in other clinical trials of patients; 5. patient with other factors the researchers consider will impact the research.
