Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Older than 1 years old, less than 18 years; no gender restriction; 2. Oral or nasal tracheal intubation or incision of trachea; 3. mechanical ventilation for more than 24 hours; 4. mechanical ventilation tidal volume more than 60ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. when measuring axillary temperature higher than 38.5 deg C; 2. comparison of inspiratory tidal volume and expiratory tidal volume, the ventilator pipeline leak >10%; 3. hemodynamic instability or use of vasoactive drugs in maintaining tissue perfusion pressure; 4. the breathing state of instability, the need for frequent adjustment of inhaled oxygen concentration or mechanical ventilation conditions; 5. the inspired oxygen concentration >60%; 6. with diabetes, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and other metabolic diseases; 7. cell immunotherapy using thymosin, interferon in patients.
