Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with various lung diseases (lung cancer, tuberculosis, lung abscess, or hemoptysis, etc.) and the line side of the lung lobectomy or total resection; 2. surgical resection of lung fever, purulent sputum, especially when the side lying position; chest tube leak, especially when coughing; 3. chest CT scan Tip: pneumonectomy site abscess formation, accompanied by liquid surface, the bronchial stump or discontinuity due to pus covered with moss or sputum difficult to find discontinuity; 4. bronchoscopy bronchial stump fistula; 5. patients with contralateral lung function can still be tolerated basic activities; 6. acceptable nutritional status of patients, no severe anemia, electrolyte disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. poor lung function, need continuous oxygen, the patient can not complete basic exercise activities; 2. malnourished patients; 3. airway bronchial stump angiography showed good healing, patient peripheral bronchial pleural fistula exists; 4. patients with severe cardiovascular disease; 5. liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. coagulation dysfunction patients; 7. have diabetes, and patients with poor glycemic control.
