Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: If the patient meets all of the following criteria, the patient may be enrolled in the study 1. various primary or secondary factors cause airway narrowing factors; 2. have severe symptoms of airway obstruction; 3. American Thoracic Society dyspnea index rating of more than 3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: meet the following one or several of the patients can not participate in this study: 1. bronchiectasis, pneumoconiosis and other restrictive ventilatory dysfunction; 2. malnourished patients; 3. bronchial stenosis following section; 4. patients with severe cardiovascular disease; 5. liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. coagulation dysfunction patients; 7. have diabetes, and patients with poor glycemic control.
