Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with a clear diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux disease and gastric precancerous lesions; 2. there are gastroenterology endoscopy or colonoscopy diagnosis in grade a class-three hospital; 3. there are definite pathological diagnosis in grade a class-three hospital; 4. signed the informed consent; 5. agreed to electronic and image recording process of diagnosis and treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the diagnosis is not clear, gastroscopy or colonoscopy more than 6 months; 2. patients do not be willing to provide personal information, do not want to enter the study; 3. patients with a major mental illness, it is difficult to control their actions and coordinate; 4. in addition to the digestive system, patients with two or more system diseases; 5. patients can not read, can not understand the informed consent, unable to sign the informed consent.
