Inclusion criteria: 1. type I and type IV PH patients; 2. 18-75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. other cardiovascular diseases; 2. surgery and trauma in recent 3 months; 3. active cancer; 4. pregnancy.
