Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) elective cardiac surgery; 2) men and women not limited; 3) the participants have signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) emergency surgery; (2) preoperative cerebrovascular disease; (3) history of mental illness, long-term use of sedatives and antidepressants; (4) history of pneumothorax; (5) liver and kidney dysfunction; (6) secondary surgery; (7) EF <40%; (8) alcohol; (9) level of education <7 years; (10) serious visual, auditory and language can't communicate.
