Inclusion criteria: children <2 years old undergoing palatoplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: with other congenital diseases; born prematurely; with a history of rescue at birth, cerebral anoxia, malnutrition; previous surgery/anesthesia, trauma history, or other diseases (such as pneumonia or meningitis)
