Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Applies to patients with pelvic prolapse prolapse II degree and above; Even required surgery, should also reduction uterine prolapse with a pessary therapy, avoiding long-term complications outside off, such as ulcers, infections; Older, physical weakness, or diseases with heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organ , not suitable for surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe perineal laceration, vaginal relaxation, vaginal vault shallow or disappear, so those who can not get stuck pessary; 2. there are internal and external genital tract inflammation present; 3. severe uterine prolapse vaginal who can not reset; 4. the cervix is too long, or suspected of having cancer; 5. urinary fistula, fecal fistula; 6. postpartum; 7. abdominal pressure increases by pelvic tumors or ascites.
