6 Years to 30 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Ag6-30, both gender; 2. Biopsy result Osteosarcoma; 3. karnofsky score more than 60 or ECOG score less than 2; 4. Expected lifetime longer than 12 weeks; 5. No serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important viscera disease history; 6. Sign the informed consent; 7. Well compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or breast-feeding women; 2. With other malignant tumours at the same time; 3. Serious complications; 4. Severe uncontrolled medical disease or acute infection; 5. Patients can't understand the research purpose or don't agree with the requirements; 6. Does not have legal capacity or legal capacity limited; 7. Researchers determine compliance is bad, can't strictly implement scheme; 8. Any medical history, according to the judgment may interfere with the test results or increase the risk of patients.
