18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Older than 18 years old, less than 75 years of age, gender not limited; 2. Diagnosed of achalasia; 3. The heart, lung, liver and kidney function is normal; 4. Expected survival time at least longer than 1 year; 5. Cooperation observed the adverse events and curative effect; 6. Normal coagulation function; 7. Recent not taking antiplatelet aggregation drugs and anticoagulants or taken recently, has been discontinued for at least 10 days; 8. The patient or his legal representative signed written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Without the gastroscope, iodine water imaging diagnosis; 2. The neutrophil count less than 1.5*10^9/L, platelet less than 100*100/L, or hemoglobin less than 90 g/L; 3. Cr is higher than 1.5 times or Ccr < 50 ml/min that the upper limit of normal reference range; 4. Serum bilirubin is higher than the upper limit of normal reference range of 1.5 times; 5. Heating temperature above 38 degree or has obvious activity infection can affect the clinical trial; 6. Drugs failed to control high blood pressure (more than 160 mmHg systolic or diastolic blood pressure more than 100 mmHg); 7. The drug failed to control the high blood glucose (blood sugar more than 11.2mmol/l); 8. All kinds of serious arrhythmia.
