Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: IVF patients were recruited in their first cycles stimulated with a standard long GnRHa down-regulation protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intracytoplasmica sperm injeciton (ICSI); 2.cAny factors negatively affecting embryo implantation except embryo itself such as: poor ovarian responders, severe hydrosalpinx, advanced endometriosis of stage III to IV, uterine adhesion, myoma or adenomyosis adjacent to uterine cavity, autoimmune disease, endocrine and metabotic disease.
