Case series:modified VATS lobectomy

18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. suspected or diagnosed lung cancer; 2. clinical stage I-II; 3. to undergo VATS lobectomy; 4. older than 18 years; 5. no obvious calcified hilar lymph nodes; 6. good organ functions for lobectomy; 7. ECOG PS 0-1; 8. informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Can not follow the protocol; 2. prior chest surgery, except for diagnostic thoracoscopic surgery; 3. malignancy in recent 5 years, except for cured skin basal cell carcinoma, superficial bladder carcinoma and carcinoma in situ of cervix; 4. unstable Systemic disease; 5. severe complications or infections; 6. other unsuited situation concerned by the investigators.
