Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. stable of blood glucose after eating and physical activity, stable of blood glucose for 8 weeks after by the application of insulin or oral hypoglycemic medication; 2. 7 % < glycated hemoglobin =8.5%; 3. no recent change in diet and exercise habits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes, and acute complications and severe diseases. Including: Severe cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation disorders and other diseases; 2. Severe diabetic nephropathy, diabetic autonomic neuropathy and other complications; 3. Use of medications that affect gastrointestinal motility drugs for last 1 month; 4. The complications such as diabetic ketoacidosis and acute stress of type 2 diabetes; 5. Acute and chronic gastritis, acute and chronic digestive ulcer, acute pancreatitis, pancreatic cancer and other gastrointestinal diseases; 6. Cardiopulmonary dysfunction, anemia and hypoxia; 7. acute and chronic acidosis; 8. Cirrhosis, liver cancer; 9. Pregnant women; 10. Fasting glucose >10mmol/L.
