Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: 18-70 years old, male or female; (2) treatment for abdominal pain, bloating, acid reflux, belching, nausea, vomiting, vomiting, melena and other symptoms; (3) 13C, 14C - breath test was positive or urease test was positive; (4) had not received previous treatment of H.pylori eradication; (5) not used antibiotics, bismuth, probiotics, H2 receptor antagonists and PPI in 4 weeks; (6) has been living in the countryside; (7) signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients of gastrectomy, stomach angioplasty, vagus nerve transection (2) esophageal erosions and ulcers; (3) pregnant or lactating women; (4) During the test can not be avoided in patients with alcohol; (5) severe liver, kidney, heart, brain, lung, endocrine system, patients with blood diseases or the presence of other study evaluated the impact of this serious disease; (6) cancer patients; (7) Zhuo - Ai syndrome patients; (8) of the Institute for patients with drug allergies; (10) persons in other study participated in clinical trials of drug prior to 3 months; (11) patients are also taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, anticoagulants or drugs metabolized by CYP2C19; (12) difficult to complete the follow-up, or the influence of various factors compliance.
