Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The IPF patients conform to the bacteria of ATS/ERS/JRS/ALAT in 2011; 2. Ages from 50-80, male or female; 3. Good compliance, willing to come to our hospital for the follow-up observation according to the requirements of the scheme; 4. Be informed adequately about purpose, methods of the test and the possible discomfort. And signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients used to take amiodarone; 2. Allergy to Broncho-Vaxom; 3. Patients with malignant tumor; 4. Complicated with serious damage in other systems and organs; 5. Pregnant, breast-feeding period Women, plan of having a baby, cannot to take contraceptive measures.
