Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aged 18 or over the age of 18; 2. patient needs immediate or emergency of vascular access; 3. 2 times has failed to establish a peripheral venous access, treatment probabaly be delayed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients are reluctant to participate in clinical trials; 2. puncture site of IO was fractured; 3. joint arthroplasty; 4. infection of the skin; 5. amputation patients.
