Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age from 18 to 65 years; (2) HBsAg positive; (3) Hepatitis B virus related liver cirrhosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) with HAV or HCV or HEV infection; (2) with severe infection, gastrointestinal bleeding, Uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperthyroidism.
