Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I~II, expected operating time 3h-6h, years of education more than 6 years; preoperative one day do mini-mental state examination intelligence (MMSE)and the score more than 24 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neurological, psychiatric disorders; a large number of long-term use of sedatives or antidepressants; history of alcohol abuse, drug abuse history, or history of drug dependence; significantly impaired kidney function and cardiovascular disease; have serious hearing, visual impairment or motor abnormalities; weight fluctuation range exceeds the standard weight of thereabout 25%; preoperative testing nonadherence, unable to communicate, as well as those who can not complete the postoperative follow-up.
