Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Select the Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, neonatal treatment center from January 1990 to December 2006 were treated with positive blood cultures of neonatal sepsis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Blood culture results and clinical information is not controversial comprehensive newborn.
