Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mother inclusion criteria: 1. Han nationality, the local resident population; 2. aged 19 to 35 years old; 3. monozygotic single fetus healthy pregnant women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mother Exclusion criteria: 1. long-term use drugs affect the body's immune level; 2. with mental disorders who can not answer the question. Baby Exclusion criteria: 1. preterm children; 2. birth weight less than 2500g; 3. congenital malformations or diseases; 4. birth asphyxia; 5. born infected.
