20 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with esophageal cancer esophageal resection, the mention of the stomach to the chest, neck or chest, stomach esophageal anastomosis; 2. postoperative symptoms of fever, cough, cough supine; 3. chest CT scan Tip: lung inflammation, airway andintrathoracic stomach interval discontinuity; 4. bronchoscopy or endoscopy found thoracostomach fistula; 5. acceptable nutritional status of patients without severe anemia, electrolyte disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. poor lung function, need continuous oxygen, the patient can not complete basic exercise activities; 2. malnourished patients; 3. patients with severe cardiovascular disease; 4. patients with liver andkidney dysfunction; 5. coagulation dysfunction patients; 6. have diabetes, andpatients with poor glycemic control.
