Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA II-IV; no disorder of consciousness or hearing;needs to valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass; adult patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with infection,active rheumatism or disorder of immune system; Acute Myocardial Infarction in 3 months; severe disfunction of liver or kedney.
