Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients attending a routine visit* at the rheumatologist, who fulfill the following selection criteria, can be included: 1. Current or past CBP for at least 3 months and onset before the age of 45 years; 2. Female or male; 3. older than 18 years of age; 4. Signed a patient authorization form (and informed consent, where applicable) to use and disclose personal health information: * New referrals or existing patients at the rheumatologist are considered ** At the time of enrollment patients do not need to present with CBP; they must have had this condition in the past at least once for a continuous (almost every day) duration of longer than 3 months and before their age of 45 years. CBP does not need to be the symptom for which the patient was referred to the rheumatologist.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Prior diagnosis explaining CBP*** *** amongst other, it refers also to axial SpA (AS or nr-axSpA) diagnosis if made longer than 12 months prior to research Visit 1
