Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient group: hemorrhoids diagnosis ICD-10 I84.901 diagnostic criteria (the Chinese Medical Association Surgery Branch of Colorectal and Anal Surgery Group, the Chinese Medical Association and anorectal Branch Association of Integrative Medicine anorectal Branch China jointly developed the "clinical diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhoids Guide"), and the degree of severity of the disease is III and IV standard, and is ready to accept the surgical treatment; 1. control group: the healthy people did not suffer from hemorrhoids and other diseases by examining the anus; 2. normal communication skills, able to understand and with the completion of the questionnaire; 3. age 18-65 years of age; 4. signed informed consent, who volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Peaple who is associated with more severe heart, liver and kidney damage, blood system disease and can not fill out the questionnaire; 2. refused to accept the investigation.
