22 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) the female age was between 22 to 35 years old; (2) body mass index (BMI) ranged from 18.5 to 24; (3) indication for IVF is male factor and/or tuber factors; (4) normal ovarian reserve; (5) ovarian stimulation with long down-regulation protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) any negative factors affecting embryo implantation, such as: uterine adhesion, severe hydrosalpinx, advanced endometriosis of stage III to IV, myoma adenomyosis and adenomyoma adjacent to uterine cavity, unresponsive thin endometrium; (2) intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI); (3) polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS); (4) the number of retrieved oocyte was more than 20; (5)serum estrogen level on human chronic gonadotrophin(HCG) day was more than 5000pg/ml; (6) no high-grade embryo was cultured; (7) fresh embryo transfer was cancelled.
