Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. adult patients undergoing elective surgeries under general anesthesia; 2. a need for invasive arterial pressure (IAP) monitoring in the supine intraoperative position; 3. ASA status I-III; 4. BMI 18-30 kg/m2; 5. the time of Anesthesia is expected to morn than 250 minutes; 6.Signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. a positive Allen's test; 2. have arteriovenous shunts for haemodialysis; 3. Raynaud's syndrome; 4. vascular pathology of the upper limb; 5. Researchers find that who's not suitable for this research.
