Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study participants included female nurses from the psychiatry units. The nurses had worked in the psychiatry units for more than 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants were excluded if they had a history of alcohol abuse, had a smoking habit, were pregnant or lactating, had used mineral supplements in the previous month, had chronic hepatitis B or other chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, chronic respiratory inflammation,rheumatoid arthritis, systemic or local infection, liver cirrhosis or renal disease, and malignancy.
