Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. volunteers lived in plain area and prepared to fly to Tibet plateau (above 3500m); 2. aged between 18 to 30 years old; 3. healthy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with the history of cardiovascular disease; 2. with the history of respiratory system disease; 3. with the history of blood system diseases; 4. with the history of nervous system diseases or a history of psychosis; 5. with the history of autoimmune disease; 6. have infectious disease at present.
