18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Liver cirrhosis; (2) Successful placement of TIPS; (3) Agreed to participate in the trial, and assigned informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) End-organ disease,tumor or other serious medical illness which may reduce the life expectancy; (2) Combine with immunization, intestinal tract, mental or neurological diseases; (3) Infection or sepsis; (4) Have used psychiatric or antibiotic medicines a month ago; (5) Participants who reluctant to the trial or did not assigned informed consent.
