Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Organizational diagnosis in patients with non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer; 2. To be aged between 70 years to 75 years old; 3. IIA-IIIA period, after radical surgery (R0 resection); 4. the expected lifetime of more than 3 months; 5. Good bone marrow function: absolute neutrophil count ANC more than at least 1,500/uL, platelets more than at least 100,000/uL, hemoglobin more than at least 9 g/dL; 6. Good kidney function: creatinine less than 1*upper limit of normal (UNL) or creatinine clearance is calculated more than at least 45 ml/min using the Cockroft and Gault formula 7. Good liver function: bilirubin less than 1.5*UNL, AST/ALT less than 3*UNL, alkaline phosphatase less than 3*UNL (except liver disease without bone metastasis case); 8. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Before received chemotherapy or biological therapy; 2. For chemotherapy drugs in relevant contraindications; 3. Clinically significant third space fluid (such as: pleural effusion and pericardial effusion) and can not be effectively controlled before the study; 4. Have active infection; 5. 4 weeks before the surgery group; 6. myocardial infarction, uncontrolled arrhythmias, angina, heart failure who were enrolled within the first 6 months; 7. You can not pause to take aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; aspirin and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs need to be administered pemetrexed deactivated before 5 days; 8. Exist or had nervous system metastasis; 9. peripheral neuropathy more than at least 2 degrees; 10. In the past five years have a history of other cancers, in addition to cure basal cell skin cancer, thyroid cancer and cervical carcinoma; 11. Pregnant or lactating women; 12. other serious diseases.
