Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients who admitted to Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014, and diagosed with neonatal sepsis or purulent meningitis or acute hematogenous osteomyelitis would be research objects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients who do not accord with diagnostic criterias of neonatal sepsis or purulent meningitis or acute hematogenous osteomyelitis, based on the researchers' analysis.
