Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion those who conforming to the diagnosis standard of gastric cancer with grade system of TNM from I to IV; 2. Inclusion those patients who are candidates for surgery; 3. Inclusion those who have never accept the theatment of chemotherapy,radiotherapy, thermotherapy, immusuppresive agent and other anticancer therapies; 4. Inclusion the patients between 18 and 80, no gender limit; 5. Inclusion those who are willing to assign the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion those who have surgical contraidiction; 2. Exclusion those who have metastatic gastric cancer; 3. Exclusion those who are psychopath; 4. Exclusion those who are complication of cardiovascular, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic diseases; 5. Exclusion those who are pregnancy or lactation; 6. Exclusion those who are complication of active hepatitis, pulmonary tuberculosis and other infectious diseases; 7. Exclusion those who are the ones researchers think not compatibal to this study.
