Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Renal biopsy diagnosis of IgA nephropathy.between the ages of 18-60 years; (2) Man and woman is allowed; (3) Estimated GFR greater than 60 mL/min/1.73m(2); (4) Given informed consent and long term follow-up; (5) Also, we will study up to 20 healthy adult volunteers and up to 20 kidney disease control(non IgA mesangial proliferation glomerulonephritis, minimal changed disease and primary membrane nephropathy).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with other secondary kidney disease(Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis, lupus nephritis, hepatitis b virus associated glomerulonephritis or liver cirrhosis, etc). (2) Combined with systemic disease or autoimmune disease:hepatitis (hepatitis b or c virus), rheumatoid arthritis, Sjgren's syndrome, etc. (3) Taken the glucocorticoids and/or immunosuppresive agents in the last 6 months. (4) Combined with systemic infection:respiratory tract or urinary tract infection within 1 month. (5) Refuse long term follow-up.
