Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years old; 2.Massive hemoptysis unable to be controlled by Medicine; 3. Lesions in a wide range to surgical resection; 4. X-ray, MRI, CT, DSA confirmed pulmonary arteriovenous malformations with bronchiectasis; 5. Cardiopulmonary function without serious obstacle; 6. Normal liver and kidney function; 7. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non- bronchiectasis; 2. Little hemoptysis or can be controlled by medicine; 3. Pulmonary congestion or severe congenital heart disease; 4. Blood glucose level less than 2.7mmol/L or more than 22.2mmol/L; 5. Estimated survival less than 1 year; 6. Severe emphysema, lung functions reduced seriously; 7.Allergic to contrast medium.
